Elul Summer Red 2023 is an organic dry red wine produced in Israel, crafted from grapes grown in the Judean Hills near the ancient Tel Gezer.
This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, Petit Sirah, and Merlot. The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards planted in 2013 and are hand-harvested to preserve quality.
Fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, the wine maintains freshness and clarity. It displays a bright red color with aromas of forest fruits, supported by subtle notes of vanilla and cinnamon.
