KosherMarket.eu is a multi-vendor marketplace. Delivery methods, availability, shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the seller, fulfillment location, products ordered and delivery destination. The delivery options available for your specific order are shown at checkout.
1) Local city delivery
- Local Delivery is available only within active service areas, including eligible areas in Berlin and Cyprus.
- Available delivery dates and time slots are shown at checkout.
- Delivery availability depends on the seller, fulfillment location, products ordered and delivery address.
- Friday delivery schedules may be limited before the start of Shabbat.
- Orders placed too close to the beginning of Shabbat may be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
- No Local Deliveries are made during Shabbat or Jewish holidays.
- Delivery schedules may also be restricted before Jewish holidays.
- There is no general minimum order amount unless otherwise stated for a specific seller or delivery method.
- The applicable delivery cost is shown at checkout.
2) Store pickup (Click & Collect)
- Available for eligible products, sellers and pickup locations shown at checkout.
- Pickup availability depends on the seller fulfilling the product.
- A pickup order is confirmed after successful online payment.
- Please wait until your order is confirmed as ready for pickup before visiting the store.
- The customer may be required to present the order confirmation received by email or another available communication channel.
3) Standard Shipping – Germany
- Selected products can be shipped by standard parcel or courier delivery to addresses throughout Germany.
- Standard Shipping is available only when offered for the products in your cart.
- Availability may depend on the seller, fulfillment location, delivery address, product type, weight, dimensions and shipping restrictions.
- The available shipping method and applicable cost are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Not all products available for Local Delivery are necessarily eligible for Standard Shipping.
- Fresh, chilled, frozen, fragile or temperature-sensitive products may have additional shipping restrictions.
4) Standard Shipping – Europe
- Selected products are available for shipping to supported European destinations.
- The countries currently available for shipping can be selected through the country/region selector on KosherMarket.eu.
- Shipping availability depends on the destination, seller and products in the order.
- Not every product can be shipped to every European country.
- Restrictions may apply due to temperature requirements, product type, carrier restrictions, parcel weight or dimensions and destination-specific requirements.
- The applicable shipping options and costs are shown at checkout after the delivery address has been entered.
- If no Standard Shipping option is displayed, shipping to the selected destination is currently unavailable for that order.
5) Express Shipping
- Express delivery may be available for selected destinations, sellers and products.
- When available, the Express Shipping option, estimated delivery time and applicable price are displayed at checkout.
- Express Shipping is not guaranteed for every product or destination.
6) Shipping costs
There is no single fixed shipping rate for all orders.
Shipping costs may depend on:
- Delivery destination.
- Seller or fulfillment location.
- Selected delivery method.
- Parcel weight and dimensions.
- Number and type of products.
- Special handling or packaging requirements.
- Applicable courier or carrier charges.

7) Fresh, chilled and frozen products
- Fresh, chilled and frozen products require special handling.
- These products are shipped outside the local delivery area only when an appropriate shipping method is available.
- Availability may depend on the product, seller, destination and expected transit time.
- If suitable shipping is not available, the product may be limited to Local Delivery or Store Pickup.
- Customers should rely on the delivery methods displayed for the specific product and destination during checkout.
8) Estimated delivery times
- Delivery and transit times shown on KosherMarket.eu or during checkout are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, Jewish holidays, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak periods and remote delivery areas.
- The estimated transit time begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
- Order processing time and carrier transit time are not necessarily the same.
9) Split orders
KosherMarket.eu is a multi-vendor marketplace. If an order contains products supplied by different sellers or fulfillment locations, the order may be divided into separate shipments or deliveries. Each shipment may be dispatched separately, arrive at a different time, use a different delivery method or carrier and have its own shipping cost. Where separate shipping charges apply, they are calculated during checkout and included in the total shipping amount shown before payment.
10) Delivery attempts and access
- Please provide a complete and correct delivery address, contact details and any necessary delivery instructions.
- If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, access is not possible or the parcel is refused, additional delivery, return or reshipping charges may apply.
- For age-restricted products, if any, a valid identification document may be required upon delivery.
11) Delivery availability
The availability of a product on KosherMarket.eu does not automatically mean that every delivery method is available for that product. The actual delivery methods available depend on the delivery address and the products in your cart. The delivery options displayed at checkout are the applicable delivery options for that specific order.
