Premium dry white wine from Domaine du Castel, Israel's renowned Judean Hills boutique winery. Blanc du Castel is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, partially aged in French oak barrels. Bright golden straw colour with complex aromas of citrus, green apple, pear, vanilla, and oak; rich and well-balanced on the palate with fresh acidity and a long, refined finish. Considered one of Israel's top white wines.
