• Same-Day Local Delivery in Cyprus: Available for delivery addresses within our supported delivery zones in Cyprus. Enter your delivery ZIP code in the cart and select Local Delivery to check availability and choose an available 1-hour delivery slot.
• Store Pickup: Store Pickup is available from participating KosherMarket sellers in Cyprus after your order has been confirmed and paid. The available pickup location and pickup time are shown during checkout.
• Standard Shipping within Cyprus: Available for products suitable for parcel shipping. Shipping options, delivery time and cost are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, selected products and order.
Returns
For products that are eligible for withdrawal, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Perishable goods and products that can deteriorate or expire quickly are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may also be excluded once the seal has been opened.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or with another problem, please contact KosherMarket as soon as possible so the case can be reviewed.
