Dry red wine from Hebron Heights Winery, produced from a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown in high-altitude vineyards near Hebron in Israel's Judean Hills. Deep ruby colour with aromas of ripe blackcurrant, cherry, plum, and subtle spice. Medium to full-bodied, well-structured, with balanced acidity, refined tannins, and a smooth, elegant finish. Named after the Cave of the Patriarchs.
