Dry rosé wine from the acclaimed Domaine du Castel estate in Israel's Judean Hills — Israel's first premium kosher rosé, introduced in 2009. Crafted from a Bordeaux-inspired blend of Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc, harvested by hand. Elegant pale salmon colour with vibrant aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit, and a mineral finish. Crisp, refreshing, and beautifully balanced.
