Dry red wine from Shimon & Co., produced from 100% Saperavi — Georgia's iconic native red grape variety with naturally pigmented flesh, resulting in a deeply saturated dark ruby colour. Hand-harvested from premium vineyards in Kakheti. Full-bodied with a velvety texture, aromas of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, prune, and subtle smoky notes with a long, harmonious finish.
