• Same-Day Local Delivery in Berlin: Available for delivery addresses within our supported Berlin ZIP-code zones. Enter your delivery ZIP code in the cart and select Local Delivery to check availability and choose an available 1-hour delivery slot.
• Store Pickup: Pickup from Lampari Vertriebs GmbH is available after your order has been confirmed and paid. The pickup time is shown during checkout.
• Standard Shipping within Germany: Available for products suitable for parcel shipping. Shipping options, delivery time and cost are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order.
Returns
For products that are eligible for withdrawal, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Perishable goods and products that can deteriorate or expire quickly are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may also be excluded once the seal has been opened.
