Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases made on KosherMarket.eu operated by Yevgen Soroka, Markgraf-Albrecht-Straße 14, 10711 Berlin, Germany.
1) Food, groceries & restaurant meals
- Returns are not accepted for perishable goods or individually prepared meals (EU consumer law / BGB §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 2).
- If an item arrives spoiled, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos — we’ll arrange refund or replacement.
2) Non-food items (Judaica, gifts, accessories)
- You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels and accessories.
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong.
3) Defective or wrong items
We provide a free replacement or full refund including original delivery fee.
4) How to request a return
- Email info@koshermarket.eu with your order number, items and reason. For food, include photos within 24 h.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions (return label if applicable).
- Ship the item back within 14 days after approval, using a trackable service.
5) Refunds
- Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
- We may deduct any loss in value due to handling beyond what is necessary.
6) Exclusions
- Perishables and prepared meals
- Opened hygiene-sensitive goods
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards or digital downloads
