1) Managing your subscription

Customers may manage their subscription at any time through their customer account, subject to the timing rules described below.

2) Skip an order

Customers may skip an upcoming order. When an order is skipped, the subscription continues automatically and resumes on the next billing cycle.

3) Pause the subscription

Customers may pause their subscription at any time. While the subscription is paused, no further charges or upcoming orders will be created until the subscription is resumed.

4) Cancel the subscription

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account. Once canceled, no further charges or deliveries will occur after the cancellation takes effect.

5) Important timing rule for Shabbat subscriptions

Orders for weekly Shabbat deliveries are prepared in advance. Any change to the subscription, including skipping, pausing, canceling, or modifying the order, must be made at least 24 hours before the weekly order processing time.

If an order has already been processed, packed, prepared, or sent for fulfillment or delivery, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify that specific order.

6) Perishable and food products

Many subscription products offered on KosherMarket.eu include perishable food and freshly prepared items. Because of this, once preparation or fulfillment has started, changes may be restricted and completed orders may be non-cancellable.
