1) Marketplace nature

  • KosherMarket operates an online marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors.
  • Products available on the platform may be sold either by independent vendors or directly by KosherMarket.
  • The identity of the seller for each product is clearly indicated on the respective product page.
  • Independent vendors are responsible for product compliance, product information, and applicable legal requirements relating to the products they sell.
  • Some products on the platform may be offered under the designation “KosherMarket Personal Shopper”. In such cases KosherMarket provides a sourcing and shopping service by purchasing products from partner stores or suppliers on behalf of the order and arranging delivery to the customer.
  • Products sourced through the KosherMarket Personal Shopper service may originate from third-party stores or suppliers.

2) Personal Shopper sourcing service

  • For products marked as sold by KosherMarket Personal Shopper, KosherMarket may procure the product from partner retail stores or other suppliers after an order is placed.
  • Prices displayed on the platform may differ from prices in physical stores or other retailers.
  • The price shown on KosherMarket includes the sourcing, procurement, and logistics service provided by KosherMarket.
  • Product availability may depend on the availability of the item in partner stores at the time of procurement.

3) Orders & payments

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We accept payment methods offered by Shopify Payments (cards, wallets, and local options).
  • Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout.

4) Withdrawal & returns

5) Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address and access details, and be available during the communicated delivery window.
  • For pickup, present the order confirmation (email or WhatsApp message).

6) Resale

Resale is permitted only where allowed by law and subject to product-specific restrictions (e.g., storage conditions, certifications, trademarks).

7) Liability

  • We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.
  • For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations; in such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
  • Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8) Allergens & product information

Ingredients, allergens, and storage instructions are provided by vendors, manufacturers, or third-party suppliers. Read labels before consumption; contact us if clarification is needed before ordering.

9) Intellectual property

All website content (texts, images, logos, trademarks) is owned by us or our partners and protected by intellectual property law. Reuse without permission is prohibited.
