Dry rosé wine from the acclaimed Domaine du Castel estate in Israel's Judean Hills. Crafted from a Bordeaux-style blend of Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc, harvested by hand at peak ripeness. Pale salmon colour with notes of fresh strawberry, red currant, grapefruit and a mineral finish. Elegant, well-balanced and refreshing.
