Description
Psagot Sinai M-Series 2020 is a refreshing and beautifully balanced dry red wine from the Judean Hills near Jerusalem. It is crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (54%), Petit Syrah (28%), and Petit Verdot (18%).
The grapes are harvested from high-altitude vineyards, giving the wine expressive fruit character and natural freshness. It offers aromas of cherry, plum and dark berries, with light hints of spice. The palate is smooth, medium to full-bodied, and elegant on the finish.
